    Opening of 7 kitchens across the UK - training chefs, maintaining safety compliance, running day to day operations

    Data Analysis

    Forecasting Tool - Created a tool by analysing sales data to forecast sales based on presales, bespoke to each of the sites. This allowed sites to manage preparation levels to mitigate food waste, increasing profitability.

    Accruals Worksheet - Created a dynamic worksheet which oversees how many unprocessed invoices each site had, this allowed greater management of sites on the approval process, reduced the outstanding accruals which allowed us to claim VAT back which increased the cash availability to the company

    Data Migration

    Completed a large data migration for the change of a POS system, moving from a cinema style POS to a Food and Beverage tailored system, manually migrating over business logic and over 2000 recipes and ingredients.

    Supply Chain Management and Menu Engineering

    Management of the company inventory system and processes.

    Tracked changes to cost of ingredients so performing of quarterly menu pricing could preserve profit margins, and engineering of offering to provide better value for guests while maintaining margins.

    Maintaining relationships with suppliers.

    First point of contact for process advice to sites using the inventory system.

    Management of sites of stock result performances, suggesting controls to implement to combat shrinkage.
